"These guys saved me when everyone else just wanted the extra cash for a weekend after-hours tow from moose pass to anchorage. Not only was the tow MORE THAN FAIR…Chris also provided me with a good mechanic referral AND helped get my keys to the shop!!!!!! Truly ABOVE AND BEYOND for a mom that really needed a hand. "GREAT Customer Service all the around in all capacities for my situation!!! I had trouble getting my vehicle started early morning and my neighbor tried to help me get it started and we couldn’t so I called Sal’s Car Care to let them know I couldn’t get my vehicle started and I asked if they recommended a Towing Company and they gave me South Central Towing Company Andy so I called and he answered right away and let him know my situation and he let me know he had a prior engagement and he would get to me as soon as time allowed him. So he let take a seat in his vehicle while it was raining while he was trying to hitch my vehicle in a ditch and he was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS and able to get it removed without hurting my vehicle in the process. He drove me to Sal’s Car Care who was going to inspect my vehicle I paid for his services quickly and effortlessly with a smile and even drove me home so I didn’t have to wait there at the Shop where Sal’s is always busy! So Andy did not only get my vehicle where it needed to be in a timely manner he was very adaptable to how he had to deliver my vehicle he was VERY accommodating and knew what he was doing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Andy for your Towing needs if needed in an unexpected event he has been in business for 35 years and counting so if you need professionalism in an emergency or unforeseen situation you can COUNT ON ANDY and his Towing Company South Central Towing!!!"
